Private Lessons
& Puppy Preschool
Private Lessons are a great
way for you and your dog to learn together. While they can't
replace a training camp, they are designed to help owners achieve
dog training goals on their own.
| We can focus our private dog
training lessons on correcting an old habit or help you to learn
to manage an untrained dog. If you choose to use the lessons
as a complete training solution we highly recommend multiple
lessons, as one lesson cannot cover all the exercises and complete
all the goals you have for your dog. |

We can start as young as 10 weeks with
our Puppy Preschool Private Lesson. We will address all
of your puppy behavior concerns. This will help to ensure a more
positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your puppy.
The session will cover issues and phases of dog adolescence.
These include such things as housebreaking, crate training and
proper confinement, jumping, biting and chewing. We will also
show you how to introduce basic commands and guide you on how
to progress with the training as the puppy quickly matures. The
Puppy Preschool lesson is $150 for a 90 minute session.

For puppies over 20 weeks
we offer Private Lessons. The Lessons deal with basic
obedience training, problem solving and more mature minded behavior
issues. The more time, effort and thought that is put into training
your dog, the better your result will be. With Private lessons,
we will show you how to incorporate what we cover in the lesson
into your daily schedule. Practicing obedience training with
your dog daily and making adjustments to your previous routine
is required for consistent progress. A 90 minute personalized
dog training lesson is $150 and may include basic training
equipment. |
As with all of our services you will experience
our high level of service and personalization. Over the years
we have fine tuned our methods and approaches toward the training
of each dog. With the diversity of behavior and training issues
that we deal with, we do not rely on a "one size fits all"
approach.
